Getting Ready for Summer: New Additions to the Ninja Sushi Menu

news

The season of warm evenings, short nights, and heartfelt conversations is just around the corner. We know how much long-awaited get-togethers with friends and loved ones bring people closer, so we couldn’t leave you without bright new menu items to make your summer nights even tastier and more delightful!

A brand-new baked gunkan, a tuna spring roll, octopus in teriyaki sauce — we invite you to get acquainted right away.

Octopus with Teriyaki Sauce

Here’s a dish with every chance of topping the Ninja favorites list! Our confidence comes from its refined recipe — let us explain.

Octopus is caramelized in a hot pan where the sauces are added beforehand. Sriracha lends a tangy kick, soy sauce brings saltiness, and teriyaki offers a subtle sweetness. Finished with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Smashed Cucumbers

When the weather calls for light, fuss-free food, this salad is the perfect fit!

Smashed cucumbers have an uneven surface thanks to a special preparation technique, which helps them soak up the dressing so every bite tastes brighter. Cilantro and cashews add a hint of spice and a gentle nutty note. We’re sure it will be the ideal complement to any order!

Baked Gunkan with Octopus

Gunkans are a special kind of love, so creating a summer-ready recipe was a no-brainer!

Tender, ocean-fresh octopus rests on a soft «pillow» of rice and nori, topped with a creamy cap of melted cheese, shrimp, Gouda, and kimchi. It’s a multifaceted flavor you’ll want to keep exploring bite after bite.

Tuna Spring Roll

Spring rolls have already captured many hearts among true food lovers, and we understand why: juicy fillings wrapped in crisp rice paper deliver a balanced, rich flavor profile. We’re especially excited to introduce this one!

As for the filling — your first bite reveals the delicate taste of tuna, lightly seared to a golden crust. Next comes fresh cucumber, and the pleasantly spicy aftertaste is courtesy of green onion and basil.

Everything is wrapped in rice paper seeped in soy sauce and sprinkled with white sesame. Give it a try and share your impressions with us in the comments on Instagram!
