Spring with Ninja — 5 New Rolls

We’re welcoming warm spring days together with Ninja.
The menu now features 5 new rolls. Among them are Manzoku with a richer taste, Mitsuri with bright accents, and Kyoto with a light and fresh feel.
Manzoku
Manzoku means “satisfaction” or “fullness” in Japanese.
Eel and marinated salmon create a rich base. Cream cheese and tamago soften the taste, while unagi adds a light sweetness.
A roll with a diverse flavor palette — the name speaks for itself.

Mitsuri
Mitsuri is the name of a character from the anime “Demon Slayer.” The image is light, bright, and slightly contrasting.
This roll is all about balance. Softness and freshness shift into deeper notes, while lime adds a light refreshing touch.
A roll with a bright yet clean taste.

Asahi
Asahi means “morning sun” in Japanese. The image is warm, bright, and energetic.
Tempura shrimp and crab mix go together with cream cheese and cheddar. Jalapeño brings a light heat, while sauces enhance the flavor and make it more expressive.
A roll with a rich taste and a bold character.

Kyoto
This roll feels lighter than it seems at first. Freshness, a bit of sweetness, and light spice replace each other without clashing.
Tuna and shrimp form the base. Avocado and cream cheese soften the taste, iceberg lettuce and lime refresh it, while sauces tie the whole flavor palette together.
A light and fresh combination with the feel of Kyoto’s green streets.

Shrimp tempura with chuka
Tempura shrimp is shrimp in a light, crispy batter, one of the most recognizable elements of Japanese cuisine.
In this version, it’s paired with chuka and spicy accents: Japanese mayonnaise, grain mustard, and togarashi.
The flavor becomes brighter, with a light heat and more contrast.
