What did Apple reveal at its presentation?

Apple held its fall presentation, the company’s first major event under new CEO John Ternus.
During the presentation, Apple unveiled the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, new AirPods and Apple Watch models, while the company’s first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, was the biggest announcement.
iPhone Duo
The highlight of the presentation was the iPhone Duo, Apple’s first foldable smartphone.
The device features a book-style design, with a 7.5-inch display on the inside and a 5.4-inch screen on the outside. Apple adapted the iOS interface for the larger foldable display, moving some in-app controls to a separate sidebar.
The front-facing camera on the inner screen is located under the display. The Touch ID scanner is built into the side button, while the speakers are positioned at the top and bottom of the device.
The iPhone Duo supports multitasking, allowing users to open two apps simultaneously on the larger screen. Connectivity is handled by the new C2 chip. Apple claims it delivers 50% faster download speeds while reducing power consumption by 15%. The main camera features a 48 MP sensor and a 12 MP telephoto lens. The front-facing camera also has a resolution of 12 MP.
The batteries have a combined capacity of 4,883 mAh. The smartphone supports fast charging to 50% in around 20 minutes, while the claimed battery life when using both screens reaches 24 hours.
The iPhone Duo will be available in gold and dark blue. The foldable iPhone starts at $1,999 for the 256 GB version. Pre-orders open on October 16, with sales beginning on October 23.

iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max
The new flagship models come in four colors: black, gray, light blue and a new burgundy option.
The iPhone 18 Pro models are powered by the new A20 processor, built on a 2 nm process. It features a 6-core CPU, 7-core GPU and 32-core Neural Engine.
One of the key upgrades is Siri AI. The assistant now offers deeper integration with apps and can perform various actions using voice commands, such as sending messages through messaging apps. Users will also be able to customize Siri’s voice, intonation and speaking speed. At launch, the system supports 16 languages.
Apple has also improved battery life. According to the company, the iPhone 18 Pro Max can last up to 30 hours on a single charge, while the battery can be charged to 50% in 15 minutes. The iPhone 18 Pro’s main camera features a 48 MP sensor and variable aperture.
In the US, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 for the 256 GB model, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,299. Sales begin on September 18.

AirPods 5
Apple unveiled the new generation of AirPods. According to the company, the active noise cancellation system is now 50% more effective than on the previous model.
AirPods 5 start at $129 in the US.

Apple Watch 12 and Apple Watch Ultra
Apple has significantly redesigned the sensor array on the back of the Apple Watch. As a result, the watch can measure the user’s heart rate much more frequently.
The Health app has also been updated. It now tracks seven health indicators and uses them, among other things, to estimate the user’s physical age.
Another new feature is Audio Intelligence. The watch can analyze what is happening around the user, summarize what it hears, and remind them about missed calls and messages.
